Yesterday was the last day of my summer classes and my college life as a sophomore student. Yep. I’m an in-coming junior student. In less than two weeks, my journey will continue, I’m just having a short stopover right now.
Looking back, I really enjoyed my summer classes especially my Nutrition subject. And I’m really grateful that I didn’t have to be with most of my blockmates last semester (as a matter of fact, that was the worst section I was in) since we were reshuffled. But then again, I miss those people whom I was always with during the second term.
I can’t deny the fact that I’m already tired of meeting new people from school. Every semester (except for the second term of my first year), I have to deal with new faces, new classmates, new personalities. I always get in trouble with the names of my classmates. It would take me two months to remember the names of my blockmates.
Obviously, I wasn’t able to know the names of all of my blockmates during my first ever summer classes. Actually, I haven’t talked with all of my classmates. On the other hand, I was still able to meet new people and befriended them. Haha.
It was only now when I learned how to sit on a seat that was not designated for me (seating arrangement sucks). Haha. You see, those people I was always with were on the other side of the room. Those people near my place were very noisy and they’ve got mouths as big as a kalesa’s wheel. And there was this time when one of them got me in trouble because of her noisiness. Boo. I really hate noisy people. I can’t concentrate in noisy places, well, unless I’m the one who is making the noise. Haha.
So yeah, when I was on the other side of the room, I always had fun because of the corny jokes my friends threw and the stories that my smart friend shared.
On other news, and just for the record, I’m a Dean’s Lister this coming semester. w00t! I didn’t expect it, seriously. Thank you, God!
