August 25 NO CLASS!
August 26 Aside from the things that we did in the health center, we also conducted school teaching. We went to a public school somewhere out there. Haha. Our topic was about the eyes. The students that were assigned to us were in second year high school. The students were good and cooperative. Oh, we were asked to provide visual aids. I drew an eye but it looked like a fish. LOL. I’m not kidding. Well, at least, I and my partner had the best visual materials, so we got an automatic perfect score. How cool is that? And oh, the experience made me miss high school. Aww…
August 27 Got to inject at least five babies. I enjoyed it. Haha. It was fun, seriously. In the afternoon, we just played games, the loser got to face a question or suffer from the consequence. In my case, I had to answer two questions and complete two dares. LOL. I didn’t expect that my group mates would answer some of the questions. They were very personal… and intriguing. We also submitted our handwritten copy of our Family Case Analysis.
September 01 No patients. We had our oral defense of our Family Case Analysis. I got home late because we had to finish our drug study. Bwiset.
September 02 Submitted our drug study and journal readings.
September 03 The much awaited day, the last day of our CHN rotation. Haha. TB patients were everywhere! We ate at a different fast food. The food was good but definitely not my taste. We had a pictorial before we called it a day.
Final Words
I hate CHN. It’s a pocket and wallet killer. Siguradong ubos ang pera mo!
