August 11
First day. CI was mataray. Paraphernalia of my group mates not complete. They were lucky, didn’t get make-up duties. CI gave us the requirements that we need to do. So many. So many deadlines to beat! Eek! No patients. That’s normal for a Monday. Played mind games. Fun. Ate lunch at KFC. Went to a remote place for our Family Case Analysis. Looking for a family that meet the requirements was easy. They’re kind.

August 12
Lost my name plate. Was lucky. CI didn’t notice it hehe. Lots of patients visited the center. Looking for their records was crazy. Took the VS of the patients. Tiring. Got annoyed with our CI because she was only sitting. Ate at Jollibee for Lunch. Had reporting. Had a test. I got the lowest score. I don’t care. Period. Visited our adopted family.

August 13
A crazy day. Patients swarmed in the center. Full of babies for vaccination. Interviewed and assessed patients. Did charting. Records section was hell. Me thinks I met a patient with Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Patient had the symptoms: fever in the afternoon, coughing for more than two weeks, and chest pains. Got scared. Had lunch at KFC. Played killer-killer. Had reporting. Went to school to get white shoes. White shoes weren’t available yet.

Our third rotation would be Community Health Nursing or CHN. I think this is the most toxic rotation for this semester because we will have tons of requirements.
